What we ask for

To deliver an order we need a name, a delivery address and an email. A phone number is optional. We ask for nothing else, and we never ask for a seed phrase or a private key.

Who can see it

Your delivery address, email and phone are visible to you (when your wallet is signed in) and to the OrderPad operator who buys and ships your order. They are never shown on any public page, never written to the blockchain and never included in coin metadata. Other users cannot read your orders: asking for somebody else's order answers "not found".

How long we keep it

Delivery details are deleted automatically 30 days after an order is closed (delivered, cancelled, failed or refunded). The order record stays, without the address, email and phone.

No tracking

There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking on this site, and we do not log delivery data. Your sign-in is an HttpOnly cookie that proves your wallet and holds no personal data. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which can see that a visitor opened a page.

What is public by nature

Wallet addresses, coins and token transfers are public on the Solana blockchain. A coin page shows its name, ticker, image and addresses. It never shows orders.
